Step 3 – Candidate Recruitment
After determining, with the client, their needs, BOLD implements an exhaustive recruiting strategy, utilizing a number of internal and external resources including, but not limited to:

Step 4 – Candidate Screening

Step 5 – Interview Process

Final Step – The Hire
BOLD focuses on securing the best candidate through last-step interviewing with lead candidates. The overall process concludes with the closing strategy, which includes salary offer assistance for the client, as well as the necessary steps to secure the hire.
