Damian Garner - President
Damian is a strong executive leader with a depth of experience leading sales organizations and cross functional teams. Damian has 15 years of experience leading fortune 500 companies. He has outstanding experience conceptualizing and implementing solid strategic and new product plans for world-class brands. Damian excels at partnering with core business operations to significantly increase the company’s foot print, expand market share, and generate sustainable revenue. Mr. Garner proudly attended Mississippi State University and Keller Graduate School of Management earning degrees in Marketing and Management. Damian also is a proud Desert Storm war veteran with two honorable discharges from the United States Air force and Navy.
Christopher Lennon - COO
Chris is a results-oriented Talent Acquisition & Sales Executive exuding twenty + years experience with 3 Fortune 500 companies, Catalina Marketing and The Marquin Exec Search Group. In addition to his most recent role as Managing Director at the Marquin Group Chris was a Director of Sales at both Nabisco Foods and Catalina Marketing.
Chris grew up in Chicago (yes he is a Bears, Bulls and Cubs fan) and earned a BA Economics at nearby Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois. He currently resides in Atlanta but has lived in 12 other cities including New York, Nashville, Columbus, OH and Tampa. Chris is a passionate advocate for education and is The Chair of The Westlake High School Board of Directors.
Associates
Associates work with Principals and Executive Search Consultants to ensure that every search assignment is executed successfully in accordance with the firm’s high standard of service, including developing and implementing research and networking strategies, reaching out to significant sources and potential candidates, and assisting in bringing searches to a positive conclusion.
