Container Searches

Under a container structure, clients pay a smaller engagement fee to initiate the project. BOLD works with a broad array of Institutions of higher learning and System Administration.

The container search process demands a strategic, proactive response, as well as a comprehensive understanding of the candidate marketplace in order to deliver qualified professionals on short notice. The sum of these factors is achieved through dedication and effort in building personal contacts and relationships with professional in a variety of industries. BOLD has spent several years nurturing and developing thousands of these relationships.

The container search process is an “exclusive” arrangement with one firm. BOLD conducts most of its container search work on an exclusive, one-firm only basis.
